Finding my Rhythm for Running a Small Creative Business

I'm a bit behind with this month's post...in fact a little behind with everything but feeling OK with that (at least for now). This is my first year running my business full time and there has definitely been a learning curve on how much time I need to dedicate to the business on a daily and/or weekly basis. To be honest, I still haven't found that sweet spot, but through trial and error I am getting better understanding what is needed.
As I mentioned in earlier posts, I started the year out with the 100-day jewelry challenge. One of the reasons I wanted to do the 100-day jewelry challenge was to make sure I kept my focus on jewelry - both the business and creative sides. For the most part, I think I have struck a good balance between the two. April has turned out to be a good month and example of what I need to do more of. Some of the things I have accomplished this month as part of the challenge:
Updated my mailing list (and was pleasantly surprised to see how much it had grown)
Sent out my first newsletter for 2025 (something that was behind schedule but felt great once completed!)
Finish my taxes
Participated in 3 shows
Approached a new store about carrying my jewelry (although I did not get a yes...I didn't get a no either and felt good about putting myself out there)
Updated my inventory at one of my consignment partners
Created some fun spring-inspired pieces
Updated my Etsy shop
As I reread this list, I realize that this is just a snapshot and revolving list of activities that I need to keep on top of. It's not an end point or something to rest my laurels on...I think that is what makes running my business such a fun challenge! So much to learn, so much to accomplish, and so much to create! I would love to hear from other creatives or small business owners...how do you juggle all of your demands? What has worked for you on striving to be consistent (or not)?

Hoping by next month's post, that the challenge will be completed (although don't be surprised if it runs into June!)
I wanted to showcase some of my flower pendants. This design emerged a few years ago, but I didn't explore it much until last year when I discovered how fun and colorful it was as an addition to some of my other necklaces. Since then, it has become a staple in my collection.
